We're seeking an experienced and creative Chocolate Head Chef to lead our chocolate team in creating exquisite and innovative chocolate desserts and treats. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing high-quality chocolate products that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Chocolate Production:
- Design, develop, and execute high-quality chocolate products, including truffles, bars, and desserts.
- Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of chocolatiers and pastry staff to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
3. Menu Development:
- Develop new and innovative chocolate products and menus that showcase creativity and expertise.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create chocolate pairings with menu items.
4. Quality Control:
- Ensure all chocolate products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
