Chocolate Maker/ Assistant Chef for Chocolate Manufacturing Factory - ARABIC SPEAKER

We are looking for a Arabic-skilled and hands-on Chocolatier to join our chocolate manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in crafting premium chocolate products, with the ability to produce chocolates manually with precision and creativity, as well as operate chocolate tempering machines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of chocolate products including bars, using different kind of moulds and seasonal items.
• Temper chocolate to achieve perfect shine, texture, and consistency.
• Create decorative designs, fillings, and artistic chocolate presentations.
• Operate chocolate machines (melters, tempering machines, molds, enrobers) once introduced.
• Maintain strict hygiene, quality control, and safety standards.
• Stay updated on new chocolate techniques and industry trends.

Requirements:

✔ Experience in chocolate manufacturing or a similar role.

✔ Technical knowledge of chocolate-making equipment.

✔ Creativity in developing new chocolate products.
