Job Summary:
The Chocolate Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily chocolate production operations, ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, efficient inventory control, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role includes supervising the production team, coordinating operational plans, and ensuring smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily chocolate production operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance and performance follow-up
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, and quality requirements
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare and follow operational and production plans
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Use Microsoft Office and IT systems for reporting and operational tracking
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized production environment
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in chocolate production or F&B operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of F&B operations and food safety systems
- Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production-related IT systems
- Ability to create and implement operational plans
- Fluent in Arabic and English
