We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Chocolatier to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in chocolate preparation, tempering, molding, and filling production. This role requires precision, consistency, and a strong understanding of chocolate handling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Temper chocolate using proper techniques to ensure shine and snap
- Prepare ganache, praline, gianduja, and other fillings according to company recipes
- Mold, enrobe, and decorate chocolate products
- Maintain strict quality control and consistency in production
- Monitor storage conditions and product shelf life
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the chocolate section
- Assist in developing new chocolate flavors and seasonal collections
- Follow production timelines and minimize waste
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with chocolate production
- Strong understanding of tempering techniques and chocolate behavior
- Attention to detail and consistency in finishing
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
