We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chocolatier Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in fine chocolate craftsmanship and a refined sense of creativity to develop exceptional chocolate products that meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
This role requires precision, innovation, and a deep understanding of artisanal chocolate techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce a diverse range of premium chocolate products, including pralines, truffles, molded chocolates, bonbons, bars, and artistic showpieces.
- Develop innovative recipes and seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market trends.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, appearance, and overall product excellence.
- Execute advanced chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, filling, and decorative techniques with precision.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards at all times.
- Monitor raw material inventory, coordinate supply orders, and minimize production waste.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to junior team members when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in chocolate tempering, ganache preparation, molding, enrobing, and artistic chocolate work.
- Strong creativity with the ability to innovate and develop distinctive chocolate concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Chocolate Making, or Culinary Arts is preferred.
