Purpose of Chronic Disease Physician

The Chronic Disease Physician will utilize integrative care with regenerative approaches—including umbilical cord–derived mesenchymal stem cells (UC‑MSCs) within compliant frameworks—to help patients navigate complex conditions. This includes leading consultations, interpreting advanced labs, and overseeing longitudinal care.

Position Responsibilities

1. Patient and Family Support

- Conducts assessments and analysis to determine a candidacy for integrative and regenerative care pathways)

- Order, interpret and act on laboratory testing (standard and specialty) relevant to chronic disease and longevity medicine

- Prepare and implement care plans; adjust plans accordingly as needed

- Oversee clinical care delivery, including IV Therapies and infusion-suite operations in coordination with Nursing and Medical Assistant Teams

- Participate in US-MSC programs (patient selection, consent, documentation, and monitoring) in collaboration with clinic Scientists and Administrative Team

2. Data Collection

- Ensure rigorous documentation, safety, and compliance to include informed consent, adverse-event monitoring, and quality improvement

- Provide clear, concise information as required

3. Administrative

- Maintains secure, accurate, and timely patient records

4. Communication

- Collaborate with full in-clinic Support Team to provide coordinated, outcome focused care

- Effectively communicate care plans to patient, family members, and other healthcare professionals as required; including changes or terminations

- Ability to communicate effectively in-person, via telephone and/or email

- Accurate and timely response to inquiries, concerns, and emergencies

Other

- Compliance with confidentiality, health and safety, and quality regulations

Knowledge and experience

- NMD, MD, or DO with an active, unrestricted license and current malpractice coverage

- Demonstrated proficiency with IV therapies and medicine in a clinical setting

- Experience with or a willingness to learn EBOO (EB02)

- Confidence to order and interpret a broad range of labs for chronic conditions and longevity medicine

- Strong preference for training or hands-on experience with umbilical cord-derived MSC’s (UC_MCSs)

o In-house orientation for UC-MSC protocols is available; however skill-building and current knowledge will be the responsibility of the physician

- Clinical judegement and communication – clear, evidence-aware patient education, nuanced risk/benefit discussions, and collaborative teamwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
