CHS Technician

The CHS Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of aesthetic, dermatology, and hair restoration equipment. The role ensures smooth technical operations of all machines, systems, and software used for skin, hair, laser, and cosmetic treatments while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain aesthetic and hair treatment equipment such as laser machines, RF devices, HIFU, PRP systems, hair regrowth devices, and skin analysis machines.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and basic repairs of all clinic machines.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, electrical systems, and device interfaces.
  • Assist doctors, therapists, and clinical staff during machine setup and treatment procedures when required.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated according to manufacturer guidelines and clinic SOPs.
  • Maintain computer systems, treatment software, and machine-related digital records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and service providers for AMC, servicing, spare parts, and upgrades.
  • Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, biomedical standards, and hygiene regulations.
  • Train clinic staff on basic equipment handling, safety precautions, and daily machine checks.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of aesthetic, dermatology, and hair treatment equipment.
  • Hands-on experience as a Salonist / Barber is mandatory.
  • Experience in head mapping for hair restoration and hair systems.
  • Skilled in hair wig lining, fixing, customization, and maintenance.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in men’s and women’s hair cutting, styling, and grooming.
  • Basic understanding of laser technology, RF, ultrasound, PRP, and cosmetic devices.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and treatment software.
  • Ability to identify technical faults quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Awareness of electrical safety, infection control, and biomedical compliance.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with doctors, therapists, and clients.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Training or certification in aesthetic or medical equipment handling is preferred.

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, hair treatment clinics, or medical equipment servicing.
  • Freshers with relevant technical training and strong interest in the aesthetic field may also be considered.

Work Environment

  • Advanced Gro Hair & Glo Skin clinics and branch locations.
  • May involve standing for extended periods and handling sensitive equipment.
  • Occasional travel between branches for technical support.

Reporting To

  • Clinic Manager / Operations Head / Biomedical Supervisor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
