Church Nursery Coordinator

Job Title: Little's Coordinator (Church Nursery)

Schedule: Sundays, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Compensation: $50 per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Nursery Worker (Littles) to provide a safe and welcoming environment for children ages 0–2 during Sunday services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the nursery before services and ensure all materials and spaces are prepared
• Care for infants and toddlers (ages 0–2) in a safe and attentive manner
• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for children and their families
• Build trusted relationships with both children and parents
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the nursery after use
• Put away toys, equipment, and supplies properly at the end of each shift

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed (e.g., nursery equipment, furniture)
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Must show an ownership of roles and responsibilities
• Personable and a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Ability to clean and maintain an organized environment effectively

Someone who enjoys working with young children, communicates well with parents, and takes pride in creating a safe, clean, and caring nursery environment.
