Nursery Worker

Responsibilities:

Provide dependable, safe, secure, and nurturing care in a clean environment to children ages 0-4yrs.

Provide age-appropriate care which includes: feeding, changing diapers, escorting to the bathroom, maintaining a safe environment, putting children down for naps, holding, or sitting with and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, play and prayer.

Be polite, friendly, and courteous to all children, parents, and volunteers.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment including cleaning equipment and supplies

Work closely with staff to ensure the health of all children in the nursery

Expected to work Sunday mornings and evenings, Wednesday evenings, and various others hours throughout the week.

Paid Nursery workers are expected to work holidays that fall on Sunday and may be asked to work additional hours during busy times, i.e. Holy week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
