CHW TECHNICIAN

Job Title: CHW Technician (Chilled Water Technician)

Location: AJMAN, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CHW Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair chilled water systems, piping networks, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and related HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain chilled water piping systems
• Troubleshoot CHW system faults and perform repairs
• Handle AHU, FCU, valves, pumps, strainers, and insulation works
• Perform pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning support
• Read HVAC drawings and execute work as per approved plans
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
• Prepare daily work reports and maintenance updates

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC related field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in chilled water/HVAC systems
• Good knowledge of HVAC drawings and tools
• Experience in commercial/residential building projects
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge of UAE safety standards is preferred
