CI Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools (5S, VSM, standard work, visual management) to drive operational excellence.
• Lead change initiatives by engaging teams, providing training, and promoting a culture of problem-solving.
• Research and implement best practices in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Document and report progress, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience 5+ years in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the textile or garment industry.

Required Skills

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma and Process Optimization.
• Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Process Analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence change at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
