We are looking for cinematic content creators who understand how to sell products through storytelling.

This is not a traditional videography role. You will be expected to think like a brand storyteller — someone who understands narrative, pacing, and persuasion, not just cameras and edits.

You’ll work across two brands:

  • Nutrex Labs — a results-driven skincare brand focused on formulation science and real outcomes
  • Waldor Leather Co — a design-led leather brand solving everyday carry problems through thoughtful innovation

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create short-form video content (Reels, Ads, Brand Films)
  • Translate products, ingredients, and features into engaging visual stories
  • Shoot cinematic footage with strong control over composition, movement, and light
  • Edit with clear pacing, retention, and narrative flow
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to build long-term brand language

What We’re Looking For

You are someone who:

  • Thinks in ideas and insights, not trends
  • Can introduce a product early and build a story around it
  • Understands how to sell without sounding like an ad
  • Has a strong sense of visual taste and restraint
  • Takes creative ownership and responsibility

Required Skills:

  • Cinematic shooting (DSLR/Mirrorless)
  • Advanced short-form editing
  • Strong understanding of pacing and audience retention
  • Color grading aligned to brand tone
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

This Role Is NOT For

  • Wedding or event videographers
  • Trend-only or template-based reel creators
  • Influencer-style content producers
  • Creators who rely on effects over ideas

Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)

Selection Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will be given a 60-minute in-house test assignment
  • Final selection will be based on storytelling clarity, product understanding, and creative judgment

In‑Person Interview Test (60‑Minute Creative Assessment)

This is a live, in‑person test conducted during the interview.

We believe strong storytellers should be able to think clearly under time constraints. This test evaluates clarity of thought, product understanding, and storytelling instinct — not polish.

Choose ONE brand only

Option A — Nutrex Labs (Insight‑Led Skincare Thinking)

You will be given:

  • One Nutrex Labs product
  • A brief overview of its key ingredient or formulation focus

Task (60 minutes): Create a 30–45s video concept where education, trust, and persuasion happen without influencer tropes.

Constraints:

  • Start with a clear skin concern or misconception in the first 3–5 seconds
  • Anchor the idea to one ingredient or formulation insight
  • Show why it works, not just that it works
  • Avoid hype language, exaggerated claims, or filters

Deliverables (on paper or digital):

  • Opening hook (first visual + first line)
  • Story flow (problem → insight → solution → payoff)
  • How the ingredient would be shown visually
  • Notes on pacing, lighting, and tone

Option B — Waldor Leather Co (Product‑Anchored Storytelling)

You will be given:

  • A Waldor wallet
  • A short description of its design intent

Task (60 minutes): Create a 30–45s narrative‑led reel concept where the product is introduced in the first 3–5 seconds and narration is tied to it immediately.

Constraints:

  • Product must appear visually and verbally at the start
  • Narration must stem from a real habit, frustration, or observation
  • Every beat must strengthen why the product exists
  • Still feel cinematic, human, and restrained

Deliverables:

  • Opening narration (1–2 lines)
  • Story flow (beginning → build → payoff)
  • Product presence across each phase
  • Notes on pacing, sound design, and mood

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
