Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and passionate Cinematographer (Production Associate) to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our visual production process — translating creative concepts into compelling, cinematic imagery that reaches millions of users globally.

You'll work across a variety of production environments, collaborating closely with directors, creative leads, and our AI content teams to deliver visually stunning content that sets the standard for quality and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Camera Operation & Production

• Operate professional camera systems across a variety of production formats and environments
• Execute shoots for ads, reels, short films, trailers, and cinematic brand content
• Make real-time creative decisions on framing, exposure, and shot composition
  
  

Lighting Design & Setup

• Design and build lighting setups that establish and maintain the visual tone of each project
• Adapt lighting approaches for different production environments and creative briefs
• Manage and maintain lighting and camera equipment
  
  

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with directors and creative leads to develop and execute a consistent visual vision
• Contribute creative input during pre-production planning and on-set execution
• Collaborate with our AI content and product teams to inform and elevate visual quality standards
  
  

Quality Control

• Ensure high visual quality and cinematic consistency across all productions
• Identify and resolve on-set issues related to image quality, lighting, or composition
• Support basic post-production workflows where needed
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in camera operation and cinematography
• Strong command of lighting design and setup
• Deep understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic production environments
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating your cinematography work
• Basic post-production knowledge is a plus, but not required
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shooting content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools and workflows
• Background in film, media production, marketing, or related creative fields
• Experience working on branded or commercial content
