Cinematographic Videographer (Full-Time)
Location: Downtown Dubai

Dubai Finanz is seeking a full-time Cinematographic Videographer to produce high-quality visual content for the company and its CEO across YouTube and other digital platforms.
This position requires a disciplined, reliable, and highly flexible professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about cinematic storytelling and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Film daily content for Dubai Finanz and the CEO, including corporate, lifestyle, and city-focused shoots.
• Capture cinematic B-roll sequences featuring architecture, interiors, and high-end lifestyle imagery.
• Collaborate with the CEO and creative team to bring strategic concepts and storylines to life.
• Ensure impeccable technical quality in every production through expert camera work, lighting, and audio.
• Manage, operate, and maintain all filming equipment with care and precision.
• Demonstrate flexibility for variable schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, or travel days.
• Maintain complete professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
• Support efficient pre-production planning and contribute to the creative direction when required.

Profile & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cinematographic videography, preferably within corporate, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
• Strong command of professional camera systems (SONY A7IV and SONY FX3) and advanced lighting setups.
• Skilled in color grading, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) is highly valued.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is an advantage.
• Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Highly flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes or travel requirements.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematic expertise and visual precision.
• Must already be based in Dubai.
