Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cinematography Videographer to create high-quality real estate property walkthrough videos. This is a task-based freelance opportunity, ideal for creatives who enjoy flexible work and showcasing cinematic visuals.

You will be responsible for capturing smooth, visually appealing walkthroughs that highlight property features for marketing and listing purposes.

Responsibilities

• Film cinematic walkthrough videos of residential and/or commercial real estate properties
• Capture smooth interior and exterior shots using proper stabilization
• Frame shots to highlight space, lighting, layout, and architectural details
• Deliver clean, professional raw footage or edited videos (as required per task)
• Follow shot lists or creative direction when provided

Requirements

• Proven experience in cinematography or videography
• Experience with real estate videos or walkthrough content is a strong plus
• Access to professional equipment (camera, gimbal/stabilizer, lenses, etc.)
• Strong understanding of camera movement, composition, and lighting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines
