Circulation Supervisor

We're looking for a motivated Circulation Supervisor to oversee newspaper delivery operations and lead our network of independent distributors and carriers.

As a Circulation Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our subscribers receive reliable, on-time delivery every day.

Responsibilities include:

● Lead and support a network of independent distributors and carriers

● Ensure daily home delivery service meets company performance standards

● Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new distributors and carriers

● Monitor delivery quality and resolve service issues quickly

● Drive subscriber growth by supporting circulation sales initiatives

● Analyze delivery performance and identify opportunities for improvement

● Collaborate with departments on route optimization and service enhancements

● Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

● Management or supervisory experience

● Strong leadership and team-building skills

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

● Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

● Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented

● Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning hours preferred

● Two or more years of circulation, distribution, logistics, transportation, or field operations experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
