We are currently seeking a “CIS Area/After Sales Services Engineer” to join our team at our Istanbul center office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from university with an Engineering degree,

• The ideal candidate will have experience with chiller, heatpump, etc. Hvac units,

Fluent in Russian and English,

• Ability to manage customer processes through active participation in the after sales team,

• Displays expertise in the designated area of responsibility and exhibits enthusiasm for field after sales,

• Proficient in using Office programs, and ability to routinely prepare detailed after sales reports,

• Exhibits strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and prone to teamwork,

• Adaptable to a dynamic and intense work environment,

• Demonstrates a penchant for research, results-driven approach, and dynamic attitude,

• Holds no restrictions on travel,

• Competent in driving and possesses an active driver’s license.


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Address and assess all customer inquiries, questions, warranty claims, and queries related to maintenance, and provide clarifications on technical matters,

• Gain insight into customer requirements and concerns,

• Conduct on-site visits to enhance customer relations,

• Assist customers through technical activities,

• Deliver exceptional customer service,

• Preparing and submitting after sales reports. Prepare and submit comprehensive after sales reports,

• Maintaining effective communication with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure efficient service delivery,

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. Swiftly respond to service requests and receiving feedback from customers,

• Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of authorized service operations,

• Understanding customer needs and concerns,

• Perform site visits and improve customer relations,

• Supporting customers through technical activities,

• Providing a high level of customer service ,

• Preparing and submitting afte sales reports,

• Providing technical direction to the team,

• Participating in the training of team members,

• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively,

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback,

• Continuously monitor and improve operations of authorized services.
