CIS Support Specialist

Starting Pay: $19.00+ (pay is reviewed after 90 days)

Are you a detail-oriented individual interested in working behind the scenes for a company that cares about your future? Do you enjoy troubleshooting technology and using problem solving skills? As a CIS Support Specialist in Warsaw, you will:

  • Monitor the CIS phone queue, email, and web chat services to deliver exceptional client service and first-line technical support by assisting with inquiries related to all CIS products and services, including Lake City Bank Digital, Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Credit Cards, and Merchant Services.
  • Educate internal employees about CIS products and services and how they relate to customers.
  • Report identified fraud attempts to the appropriate internal departments and advise customers according to bank resolution procedures.

Basic Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Warm, friendly and professional telephone etiquette.
  • One+ year of sales, call center, or customer service required. Banking experience preferred.
  • Understanding of bank operations and bank policies and procedures.
  • General office skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00
