WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Daily management of staff; delegate tasks, assess and manage training requirements, manage personnel time and attendance, and performance management

• Immediately and directly engage with personnel when an AOG occurs to resolve issue as quickly as possible

• Plan, direct and manage maintenance tasks and checks for the Citation fleet, including but not limited to manpower, tooling, and parts budgeting

• Ensure documents, logs and records are maintained

• Participating in planning meetings

• Other responsibilities as applicable

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 3-5 years of Fleet Management and planning

• 5+ years maintenance experience on Citation 550 or 560 models

• Current Transport Canada AME M license or valid FAA A&P license

• A valid passport

• Familiarity with CAMP (Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program) is a plus
