Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and deliver packages along designated routes using various vehicles such as box trucks or courier vans
• Assist with warehouse duties including moving shipments, stacking pallets with forklifts or pallet jacks, and organizing inventory
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting politely with recipients and answering delivery questions
• Load and secure packages properly to prevent damage during transit and ensure efficient delivery routes
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure safety standards are met
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving manual transmission or <PERSON> driver vehicles for route driving
• Support team members in route planning, load balancing, and maintaining timely deliveries

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Warehouse experience including moving heavy items and operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks
• Commercial driving skills with a valid driver’s license; experience with box trucks or courier vehicles preferred
• Delivery driver experience demonstrating safe driving practices on busy routes
• Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while loading/unloading packages
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and route driving logistics
• Strong organizational skills for load & unload tasks and route management
