City Launch & Operations Manager (Hyderabad)

Location: Primary - Hyderabad (Ground Zero for Launch) | Secondary - Bangalore (Initial Onboarding & Coordination)
Reporting To: Founder / Senior Leadership

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on builder to launch and lead our operations in Hyderabad. This isn't just a management role; it's a foundational mission. You will be the architect of our Hyderabad presence, responsible for turning strategy into reality—from setting up the first delivery to building a high-performing local team. Your Mission

To successfully launch and scale city operations in Hyderabad, ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational excellence from day one.

What You'll Own & Execute

• Launch and lead our Hyderabad operations from the ground up.
• Own end-to-end operations including daily order fulfillment, logistics, and vendor management.
• Build and manage the local team and partner network.
• Adapt and implement processes to fit the Hyderabad market.
• Resolve customer escalations and fix root-cause issues.
• Track performance using data and dashboards to guide decisions.

Who You Are (The Must-Haves)

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in hands-on roles within logistics, service operations, or hyperlocal delivery.
• A proven problem-solver who loves digging into complex, on-ground challenges and building structured solutions.
• Experienced in managing field teams and vendor partners, with a knack for driving performance and accountability.
• Data-comfortable, proficient with Excel/Sheets and using operational dashboards to guide decisions.
• Grounded and hands-on; you’re as comfortable in a warehouse or meeting a partner as you are in a planning meeting.
• You possess an ownership mindset—you don’t wait for directions; you pave the path.
