Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end milk distribution operations for the city.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of milk as per customer subscription schedules.

Track daily delivery performance and ensure 100% route completion.
2. Team & Route Management
-
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of delivery boys for different routes.
-
Assign and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and minimum delays.
-
Conduct regular route planning, re-routing, and performance evaluations.
-
Coordinate shift schedules, attendance, and staffing for all routes.
3. Issue Resolution
-
Handle customer complaints related to delivery delays, missed deliveries, or quality concerns in coordination with the customer care team.

Troubleshoot on-ground issues such as vehicle breakdowns, manpower shortages, or route blockages.

Ensure quick problem-solving and smooth last-mile operations.
4. Process & Compliance

Maintain and monitor delivery SOPs, hygiene standards, and product handling protocols.

Conduct regular training sessions for delivery staff on customer service, safety, and operational processes.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies and operational standards.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
-
Track and report daily milk volumes, delivery metrics, and manpower utilization.

Identify operational gaps and propose improvements.
-
Maintain documentation related to vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and delivery performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (2–5 years) in delivery operations, logistics, FMCG, or dairy distribution.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing field staff.
-
Excellent knowledge of Gurugram geography and local routes.
-
Ability to handle pressure and solve real-time operational challenges.

Good communication and coordination skills.
-
Basic understanding of data reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
-
Two-wheeler driving license preferred but not mandatory.
