We are looking for an experienced and result-driven City Operations Manager with strong expertise in retail pharmacy operations and franchise management. This role focuses on managing city-level store performance, franchise partners, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is strictly for retail and franchise operations (not B2B).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of retail pharmacy stores across the city
• Handle franchise onboarding, training, and relationship management
• Ensure SOP compliance, regulatory standards, and audit readiness
• Monitor store performance, sales, and profitability
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct store visits, quality audits, and operational reviews
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams
• Lead and mentor store teams and city operations staff
• Resolve operational challenges and escalations

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in Retail Pharmacy / Healthcare Retail
• Strong exposure to multi-store and franchise operations
• Knowledge of pharmacy compliance and retail standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within the city
• Graduate; Healthcare / Pharmacy background preferred
