City Operations Supervisor-Delivery

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations and ensure efficient, high-quality service. This is a remote (work-from-home) position, with occasional store visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign delivery routes and driver schedules based on daily order volume and distribution
• Handle order exceptions, customer inquiries, and issues encountered by drivers during deliveries
• Maintain effective communication with store teams to ensure smooth order preparation, handoff, and delivery processes
• Manage daily operations within the assigned area and analyze data to continuously improve delivery efficiency and service quality
• Recruit, train, and manage delivery drivers to enhance team performance and execution
• Conduct occasional store visits to ensure operational standards are met and provide feedback for improvement

Qualifications:

• Must have a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (Mandarin is required)
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations independently
