We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth in the Middle East region.

We are actively seeking skilled professionals to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE:

CIVIL 3D BIM Modelers

Specializations: Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Civil 3D models for roads, utilities, grading, drainage, and other civil infrastructure components.
• Prepare detailed drawings, profiles, cross-sections, and surfaces based on design data.
• Create and manage corridor models, pipe networks, and terrain modeling.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP) to ensure model consistency and clash-free integration.
• Generate quantity take-offs and reports from Civil 3D models.
• Maintain adherence to project BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Support the BIM Manager and Design Team in the implementation of BIM processes in infrastructure projects.
• Conduct QA/QC checks on Civil 3D models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in data exchange with GIS, Infra Works, and other design software when required.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical input on Civil 3D deliverables

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3+ years of experience in infrastructure design using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of roads, grading, utilities, and drainage design.
• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related design tools.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and data management principles (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Navisworks, InfraWorks, and Revit (optional) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
