Civil 3D Specialist

Role Overview

· Support engineering, QS, and project management teams by preparing accurate 3D drawings and models using Autodesk Civil 3D.

· Deliver high-quality surfaces, grading layouts, utilities, alignments, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed 3D drawings for grading, roads, utilities, earthworks, and site development.

· Create and manage Civil 3D surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, and pipe networks.

· Perform cut-and-fill analysis, surface comparisons, and volume reports.

· Prepare layout sheets, cross-sections, and detailed engineering documentation.

· Maintain CAD standards, styles, templates, and drawing registers.

· Coordinate with engineers, QS teams, and architects for project integration.

· Generate quantity take-offs for cut/fill, utilities, road layers, and surface reports.

· Ensure accuracy, compliance with UAE municipal standards, and internal QA/QC checks.

Skills & Qualifications

· Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

· Strong knowledge of grading, roads, utilities, and earthwork modelling.

· Experience preparing quantity reports and BOQ-related data.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.

· Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.

· 2–5 years GCC/UAE / Home country experience preferred.

Additional Advantages

· Experience preparing earthwork quantities for QS BOQs.

· Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 workflows.

· Experience in site development, platform grading, and infrastructure packages.
