Civil / Architectural Engineer (Interiors & Fit-Out Specialist)

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil or Architectural Engineer with strong expertise in interior fit-out works and maintenance projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• Proven experience in interior design / fit-out (interiors companies preferred)
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, detailing, and site execution
• Experience in maintenance projects is an advantage
• Must be approved / eligible for Municipality approval (Interiors or Maintenance classification)
• Ability to read, review, and execute design drawings accurately
• Strong coordination skills with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Minimum relevant experience in UAE or GCC projects preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out and finishing works on-site
• Review architectural and interior design drawings and ensure proper execution
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and municipal regulations
• Handle project progress, reporting, and site technical issues

Preferred Skills:

• AutoCAD proficiency
• Knowledge of interior detailing and materials
• Strong problem-solving and site management abilities

License/Certification:

• Municipality approval Interiors or Maintenance (Required)
