Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Concrete Foreman to supervise and manage concrete and civil works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marine or heavy civil projects and the ability to manage teams effectively to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all concrete works including shuttering, steel fixing, and pouring.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Check formwork, reinforcement, and finishing quality before and after concrete casting.
• Monitor concrete batching, pouring, curing, and related site activities.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for progress updates and work requirements.
• Maintain records of labor attendance, work progress, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in civil and concrete works, preferably with marine or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete work methods, materials, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license will be an advantage.

Education:

• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
