Seja Consultancy is a growing cost advisory firm supporting construction management and civil contracting firms across the United States and Australia

We specialize in structured quantity takeoffs, cost modeling, and disciplined estimating support for civil and vertical construction projects.

As we expand , we are hiring detail-oriented estimators experienced in Bluebeam and PlanSwift workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for:
• Earthwork and grading
• Underground utilities (wet & dry)
• Paving and site concrete
• Structural and architectural components (as required)
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and addenda
• Prepare BOQs and structured Excel-based cost sheets
• Coordinate internally for QA/QC review before client submission
• Meet U.S. time zone communication and turnaround expectations
• Maintain organized digital file structures and documentation

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in:
• Bluebeam Revu
• PlanSwift
• Strong plan-reading ability (civil + building drawings)
• Good understanding of:
• Earthwork calculations
• Utility trench takeoffs
• Area/volume measurement
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on U.S., Australian, or Middle East projects
• Exposure to Heavy Civil or Sitework projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
