Civil Construction Foreman (With Driving License)

• Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.
• Inspect and maintain quality and safety standards on the construction site, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of construction workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of construction activities.

Requirements and Skills

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
