Civil Construction Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager with a proven background in managing large-scale civil projects. The candidate must have strong leadership, technical, and project management skills to successfully oversee construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of civil construction projects.

·       Supervise site teams, contractors, and ensure work progress as per schedule.

·       Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and client requirements.

·       Implement and monitor project budgets, cost control, and timelines.

·       Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

·       Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

·       Prepare progress reports and resolve technical or operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

·        Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.

·       ADNOC approval is an advantage / mandatory (depending on your requirement).

·       Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to join immediately is preferred.
