Civil Construction Manager

• Oversee planning and execution of all civil construction activities.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and work strategies.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure full understanding of scope.
• Select, manage, and evaluate subcontractors for performance and compliance.
• Review subcontractor progress and ensure work aligns with project requirements.
• Manage manpower distribution and productivity across various activities.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure work stays within budget.
• Review BOQs, variations, and claims submitted by subcontractors.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Support preparation of progress billing and financial reports.
• Set project goals, milestones, and performance benchmarks.
• Direct and supervise site engineers, foremen, and construction teams.
• Ensure daily activities adhere to project plans and meet deadlines.
• Manage site logistics, equipment allocation, and work sequencing.
• Resolve technical and construction issues quickly to avoid delays.
• Ensure construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee QA/QC inspections and ensure timely approval of IRs & MIRs.
• Enforce compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Monitor workmanship quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and site rules.
• Conduct safety reviews, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all workers comply with HSE guidelines and use PPE.
• Work closely with safety officers to prevent accidents and hazards.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
