Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Coordinator to assist in coordinating civil construction activities at site. The candidate will support engineers and contractors to ensure work is completed on time and as per drawings and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily civil construction activities between site engineers, contractors, and vendors
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution of civil works
  • Track material requirements, deliveries, and usage at site
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records
  • Support quality control inspections and rectify site issues in coordination with engineers
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required
  • Assist in progress reporting and resolving construction-related challenges

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
