Civil Design Coordinator

The Civil Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing civil design activities of projects, ensuring compliance with TAQA, ADNOC, DEWA, and FEWA standards, specifications, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate civil design activities across multiple disciplines and project phases
• Review and approve civil design drawings, calculations, and technical documents
• Ensure designs comply with TAQA/ADNOC standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues
• Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Provide technical guidance and support to the civil design team
• Ensure quality, safety, and constructability requirements are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant civil design experience
• Proven experience working on TAQA and/or ADNOC projects
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
