We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Civil Drafter / Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in civil design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to create innovative designs for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed civil design plans and schematics using software such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and project goals.
• Prepare construction documents, including specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site assessments and gather data to inform design decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations, incorporating graphic design elements as needed.
• Review designs for compliance with local codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Provide support during the construction phase by addressing design-related inquiries and modifications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong skills in drafting, schematics creation, and system design.
• Familiarity with construction processes and industry standards.
• Experience with graphic design principles and tools for effective presentation of designs.
• Knowledge of interior design concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
