Civil Draftsman (Construction / Fit-Out / Maintenance)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects, and must be proficient in preparing accurate technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and project managers
• Modify and update drawings based on site requirements
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Draftsman in construction/fit-out/maintenance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Tagalog speaker preferred
• Must be available for immediate joining

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
