Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman & Estimation Professional to prepare accurate technical drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations for civil construction projects. The role requires strong knowledge of AutoCAD, civil drawings, BOQ preparation, and project estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed structural plans using AutoCAD.
• Create and update architectural, structural, and civil drawings as per project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-off (QTO) and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Assist in cost estimation & rate analysis for civil projects.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, specifications, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for drawing revisions.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, files, and estimation records.
• Support project team in preparing tenders, quotations, and material requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and drafting tools.
• Good understanding of civil engineering drawings, construction materials, and estimation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural plans.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity calculation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or relevant field.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (optional but preferred).
