Civil Draughtsman 2D & 3D

JOB SUMMARY

Redporch Nest Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Civil Draughtsman to join our design and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit software.

Develop detailed civil, architectural, and structural drawings based on design concepts and specifications.

Create and modify permit drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications.

Conduct regular revisions and updates to drawings based on site feedback or design changes.

Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, and sections for presentation and execution purposes.

Upload and manage drawings in K-SMART (Kerala Smart Permit Portal) and assist in online approval processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
