Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements on civil construction sites. You'll work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Installation Oversight: Supervise electrical installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.

2. Site Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of electrical work, identifying and resolving defects or issues.

4. Safety Compliance: Ensure electrical safety protocols are followed, and identify potential hazards.

5. Progress Reporting: Report on project progress, highlighting any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

2. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision on civil construction sites.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and construction processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Certification in electrical installation, safety, or supervision is desirable.

2. Experience with Construction Software: Experience with construction software or project management tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,654.69 - ₹44,587.12 per month
