Civil Engineer

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd., a fast-growing renewable energy solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of solar power projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Pakistan’s clean energy future while working on large-scale solar installations and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee civil works for solar power plants, including foundations for solar panels, inverter rooms, control centers, and boundary walls.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and layouts specific to solar project requirements.
• Supervise on-site activities such as mounting structure installation, cable trenching, equipment foundations, and drainage works.
• Conduct site surveys and soil testing to ensure suitability for solar installations.
• Collaborate with the electrical and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of solar infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with NEPRA, AEDB, and other regulatory standards for solar projects.
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and prepare project status reports.
• Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software for planning and execution.

Requirements

• Education: B.E/BS in Civil Engineering (DAE Civil also considered).
• Experience: 1–5+ years in civil works, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or Primavera.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of solar plant construction standards will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate across teams.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
