Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of proven experience in the UAE and hold a valid UAE driving license. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and be able to manage projects from inception to completion with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil and interior fit-out works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination.
• Review and interpret drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor site activities to ensure work quality, safety standards, and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain proper project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to resolve technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Assist in cost estimation, material take-off, and resource planning.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, authority approvals, and company standards.
• Manage and lead the project team to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in civil and interior fit-out works.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and fit-out activities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
