Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:1. BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) at various stages of the project.
• Create accurate cost estimates and material take-offs for tenders and project execution.
• Coordinate with quantity surveyors and procurement teams to ensure cost control and effective budgeting.

2. Site Operations Management

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities to ensure construction and fit-out projects are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

3. Paperwork and Documentation

• Manage all project-related documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance records.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records.

4. Team Management

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of technicians and laborers.
• Allocate tasks based on team members’ skills and experience to ensure high-quality performance and efficient workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
