Civil Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure quality standards, maintain safety protocols, and coordinate with contractors, labor, and engineers. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage daily site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Monitor workforce and allocate tasks to laborers and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain site safety regulations and ensure compliance with health & safety norms.
• Track material usage, check deliveries, and maintain proper inventory records.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management for progress updates.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress records, and documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues, delays, and provide quick solutions to maintain timelines.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and work progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
