KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Must have knowledge of Civil Works, New Construction & Repair and Renovation.

· Planning of activities/ jobs as and when work demands and following the project schedule

· Understand drawing from architects & explaining them to contractors

· Should have capability to handle skilled /unskilled labours at site.

· Overlooking on safety of all the manpower on site at all times.

· Maintaining on-site paper work DPR, Challans etc.

· Material ordering / Site Billing/ Labour Billing.

· Making Quantity evaluation report of the Job.

· Handling multiple task and activities on site.

· Material purchase from local market

· Following & updating Bar Chart.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
