Civil Engineer – Swimming Pools

Location: UAE

Type: Full-time | Site & Office-based

Versatile Group is expanding its Swimming Pools Division and is looking to hire a Civil Engineer with proven experience in swimming pool projects .

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage swimming pool construction projects from start to finish.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for pools and water features.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
• Handle required approvals and permits from UAE authorities.
• Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in swimming pool projects in the UAE or GCC (mandatory).
• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems, MEP coordination, pool-specific finishing & detailing.
• Familiarity with UAE authorities and regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license required.

Note: Applications from general civil engineers without swimming pool project experience will not be considered.
