Civil Engineer

Marvel Contracting and General Maintenance LLC is looking for a highly skilled and GCC experienced Civil Engineer with strong tendering and estimation experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in both project execution and tendering, including preparing technical and commercial submissions for civil and fit-out works.

This role involves overseeing various projects including infrastructure, fit-out works, and renovations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Lead and prepare complete tender submissions including technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare, review and approve technical drawings, method statements, etc.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and resources, and generate reports.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve site issues effectively.
• Attend project meetings and participate in progress reviews.
• Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s will be an added advantage).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil fit out works, tendering and estimation.
• Strong understanding of project costing, materials, manpower, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in MS office, Auto CAD, estimation software, etc.
• Experience in technical drawing preparation, etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
