Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong knowledge of UAE government construction laws, regulations, and standards. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in contract preparation, writing, and management. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects in compliance with UAE government regulations.
• Ensure that all projects meet local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and review project contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and government bodies to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and schedules for project management and progress tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in civil engineering, with knowledge of UAE government laws and construction regulations.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, permits, and legal procedures.
• Proven experience in writing, reviewing, and managing contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the UAE.
