Civil Engineer

• Ensure thorough compliance with regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical facilities, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), International Building Codes (IBC), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
• Supervise and manage new projects related to civil works within the facility.
• Oversee factory infrastructure to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with standards.
• Take responsibility for routine and preventive maintenance of all civil works and infrastructure.
• Maintain records of civil works activities in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Receive job cards from other sections and execute civil works activities as required.
• Optimize the reliability and performance of equipment and infrastructure through proper repair and maintenance practices.
• Assist the Manager Maintenance in planning, monitoring, and executing all civil works operations.
• Carry out prompt emergency repairs of equipment and infrastructure to maintain maximum production availability.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for infrastructure and equipment to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
