Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and efficient execution of projects in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans for real estate developments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Site Management: Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure that construction meets the required standards and regulations.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and project progress.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Project, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard civil engineering software for project management, design, and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
