Responsibilities
  • Manage part of a construction project, provide technical advice and supervise work crews and subcontractors on site to ensure that their tasks are completed on time and within budget. 2. Principal Accountabilities
  • Support the development of KSA national employees across the team to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance.
  • Conduct the affairs of the team with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance.
  • Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values across all function’s employees and provide leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices.

  • Manage the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP in the team.
  • Functional
  • Supervise day-to-day responsibilities of the team in accordance with project plans and meeting the approved budget.
  • Optimally utilize equipment operations at the site and manage effective operating.
  • Check and confirm accuracy of technical designs and drawings.
  • Supervise Site workers’ quality of work and productivity.
  • Provide technical advice and solving problems on site.
  • Prepare site reports and accurately complete relevant site forms.
  • Liaise with quantity surveyors to order and negotiate the price of materials.
  • Setting out sites, organizing facilities, and overseeing building work.
  • Execute any variation order from scope of works that could result from design or shop drawings approval by consultant or instructions from client.
  • Liaise with Site consultant Site Engineer for approval on design, shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Report to the Sr. Site Engineer on the operational and financial status of the site Section of construction site.
  • Assist in monitoring labor availability and calculation of daily productivity to support project execution within budget and schedule.
  • Follow up on delivery and close out of project section in accordance to the contractual arrangements and the financial outcome based on agreed financial and commercial objectives.
  • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to establish detailed project plans and identify key milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure health and safety rules are being followed.
  • Get the best productivity from his team and resources in order to meet all targets on time and within budget.
  • Maintain good and constant communication with other construction teams on the project.
  • Assist Sr. Site Engineer in preparation of the Daily site report and fill all forms related to his section.
  • Review the approved drawings, specifications and standards.

Qualifications
  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
  • Intellectual Property of ESEC
  • 5 years of experience in construction sites.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Knowledge in construction management.
  • Knowledge in business advisory.
  • Knowledge in QA/QC management.
  • Knowledge in risk management.
  • Knowledge in project management.
